Credits are one shared balance. A character costs 60 credits and a video 80 credits per second (1,200 for a 15-second clip); writing the script is free. Credits are only spent when something is produced — blocked or failed generations are free. Monthly plan credits and top-ups are valid until the end of your current billing period (no rollover).

Pricing & billing questions

How do credits work?+

Credits are one shared balance. Creating a character costs 60 credits and a video costs 80 credits per second — 1,200 for a 15-second clip. Writing the script is always free. You're only charged when something is produced, so blocked or failed generations cost nothing.

Do my monthly credits roll over?+

No. Your monthly plan credits — and any top-ups — are valid until the end of your current billing period, then reset on renewal. There's no rollover, so it's best to use them within the month.

Can I cancel any time?+

Yes — there's no lock-in. Cancel whenever you like and you keep your plan and remaining credits until the end of the period you've already paid for, then you move to the Free plan.

How do I cancel or change my plan?+

In your account, click “Manage billing” — it opens the secure Stripe customer portal where you can upgrade, downgrade, cancel, or update your payment method in a couple of clicks.

What happens when I upgrade?+

You move to the new plan right away and get its larger monthly credit grant. Stripe handles the price difference automatically (prorated), so you only pay for the rest of the current month.

What happens when I downgrade or cancel?+

You keep your current plan and credits until the end of the period you've paid for. After that you move to the lower plan — or to Free, which includes characters but no video.

I ran out of credits mid-month — what now?+

Top up any time: $10 adds 2,500 credits to your balance instantly, no plan change needed. Top-up credits follow the same rule — valid until the end of your current billing period.

Is the script really free?+

Yes. Only creating a character and generating a video use credits. Describing your idea, getting back a ready-to-shoot scene, and editing it cost nothing — every time.

Is there a free way to try it?+

Your first character is free — no card needed. The Free plan lets you create up to 3 characters to see the quality; video generation starts on any paid plan.
