Cookie Policy

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. We also use similar technologies, such as small values stored in your browser’s local storage. Together we call these “cookies” here.

2. Strictly necessary cookies (always on)

These are required for the Service to work and do not need your consent:

• Authentication / session — keep you securely signed in (set by our authentication provider, Supabase).
• Your cookie choice — remembers whether you accepted or declined non-essential technologies (pt_cookie_consent).
• Anti-abuse identifier — an anonymous cookie used to enforce the one-per-person free trial and prevent abuse.
• Device check for fraud prevention (FingerprintJS) — a device signal used solely to enforce the one-per-person free trial and stop the same device from farming repeated free credits. It is necessary to provide the free trial fairly, runs regardless of the analytics choice below, and is not used for analytics or advertising.
• Language preference — remembers your chosen language (NEXT_LOCALE).

We also store a few small flags in your browser (local/session storage) to avoid repeating setup steps. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the Service from working.

3. Analytics (only with your consent)

These run only if you choose “Accept all” in the cookie banner:

• Google Analytics — measures traffic and how the site is used so we can improve it. Google Analytics sets its own cookies and processes data in the United States. It only loads if you accept analytics cookies; you can withdraw consent any time via the button below.
• Signup source — a first-party cookie (pt_src) that remembers which link or campaign brought you (e.g. a social post), so when you create an account we can see which channel our signups come from. It stores only a short source/medium/campaign label, is set once, is never shared with third parties and is not used for cross-site tracking or advertising. It is set only if you choose “Accept all”.

4. Advertising

We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell your data.

5. Managing your choices

When you first visit, you can choose “Accept all” or “Essential only”. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the button below, or by clearing cookies in your browser settings. You can also block or delete cookies via your browser, though strictly necessary cookies are needed for the Service to function.
